University of Chester – Riverside, Chester
Chester is one of the UK’s most beautiful cities and its charm attracts visitors from all over the world. Its history is visible in the Roman City Walls that surround the city and the medieval half-timbered buildings on display in its streets.
The University of Chester’s Riverside campus is situated in a beautiful location facing the River Dee. It sits adjacent to the ancient city walls and the building itself was formerly the County Hall, which explains its grandiose appearance. Visitors to this campus will really experience the historic city of Chester with the daily 12-minute walk to get to the accommodation at Sumner House, previously a hotel, along the walls.
Homestay & residential accommodation is available at this centre. Our homestay accommodation is provided through an independent local organisation.
